ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Sales & Operations Coordinator who is personable, organized, and eager to learn. This role supports both the sales floor and behind-the-scenes operations, helping keep orders, inventory, and daily store activity running efficiently. This is a hands-on, in-store role best suited for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership of details, and is comfortable stepping in wherever support is needed. Schedule: TuesdaySaturday, 10:00 AM 6:00 PM KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Sales Floor, Customer &Team Support Assist customers and support the sales team during busy periods Step in to help on the sales floor when needed, including taking additional ups Help communicate order updates and timelines to sales staff and customers Pitch in where needed to keep the showroom and operations running smoothly 2. Order & Operations Support Help track customer orders, incoming shipments, and delivery or pick-up timelines Assist with organizing incoming inventory and sales orders Support coordination between sales, warehouse, and vendors 3. Administrative & System Support Work within the POS system to support orders, pricing updates, and product information Assist with price lists, tags, and basic reporting Support documentation and internal processes as the business continues to grow 4.
