About the Role Provides day-to-day technical oversight for the audio-visual equipment and systems activities located in centrally supported spaces (e.g., learning and teaching spaces), meeting rooms, and other areas on campus by acting as the first point of contact between clients (e.g., faculty, instructors, teaching assistants, students, staff, and external clients) and IT Client Services. Troubleshoots and maintains audio-visual equipment and systems and assists in the coordination of system upgrades in theatres, classrooms and other campus spaces.
