Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces in commercial or residential settings Operate hand tools, power tools, and custodial equipment safely to complete cleaning and maintenance tasks Conduct facilities maintenance activities such as minor repairs or reporting larger issues to management Use commercial cleaning supplies and equipment effectively to ensure high standards of cleanliness Assist with heavy lifting and moving furniture or equipment as needed during cleaning or maintenance projects Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to client requests and ensuring satisfaction with cleaning services Skills Experience with custodial duties, commercial cleaning, or facilities maintenance preferred Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment safely and effectively Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and complete assignments efficiently Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and interacting with clients Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks throughout the workday Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures to ensure a hygienic environment Customer service orientation with a professional attitude and attention to detail Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour Benefits: Casual dress Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
