Job Summary: Must be located in the Halifax, Nova Scotia surrounding area. We are seeking highly skilled and experienced drone pilots to join our team in Halifax. The job consists of cleaning and maintaining the exterior of residential and commercial buildings using drone technology. The successful candidate should have knowledge and skills in using drone technology. Candidates must hold a Transport Canadaissued Advanced Drone Pilot Certificate and a valid driver''s license to travel between job sites and operate company vehicles. The position involves working both independently and alongside other pilots and crew members. This role can be physically demanding. While drones are the primary tool, manual cleaning equipment is also used for lower-level work and during unfavorable weather conditions. Strong communication skills are required, as pilots will interact directly with clients at the start and completion of each job to confirm all work has been successfully completed. Responsibilities Operate drones safely and efficiently to complete daily cleaning tasks Ensure full compliance with Transport Canada drone regulations and safety guidelines Perform pre-flight inspections and assess site-specific hazards Maintain, calibrate, and care for drones and related equipment Use manual cleaning equipment when drone operation is not feasible Communicate professionally with clients before and after each job to confirm scope and completion Collaborate effectively with other pilots and crew members Analyze flight data and provide insights or recommendations when applicable Requirements Valid Transport Canada Advanced Drone Pilot Certificate (required) Valid driver''s license (required) Hard-working, hands-on skills Strong understanding of drone technology, safety protocols, and regulations Physically capable of labor-intensive work Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable working in harsh or changing weather conditions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities Must be a mature and reliable individual with a positive attitude Benefits Company events Flexible Language Requirement French not required Schedule 8-hour shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: To apply for this position, please submit your resume.
