Responsibilities Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials or equipment as directed Support the setup and cleanup of work sites or project areas Perform general manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying supplies Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to ensure safety standards are met Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times during work activities Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively Assisting paving crews with operations on daily basis Skills Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions Strong work ethic with a focus on safety and attention to detail Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately Basic understanding of safety procedures related to manual labor tasks Prior experience in construction, landscaping, or similar fields is a plus but not required Reliable transportation and punctuality are highly valued This role is essential for supporting our operational needs and ensuring the successful completion of projects.
