Position Summary Metrix Group LLP is expanding its specialty services by adding a Wealth Planning offering and is seeking a Senior Financial Planner (CFP) to work directly with our Partners and Managers to deliver integrated, tax-aware financial planning to business owners, professionals, and high-net-worth clients. We are committed to creating opportunities that will empower you to exceed your personal and professional goals Key Responsibilities & Deliverables Partner with CPAs to identify financial planning opportunities within existing client relationships Lead comprehensive financial planning engagements for business owners and high-net-worth client Coordinate planning recommendations across tax, estate, investment, and other advisory specialists Collaborate with an established Integrated Advisory Network, providing access to specialized investment, insurance, estate, and business advisory resources to support client implementation Manage planning timelines, deliverables, and follow-through to completion Contribute to the growth of the Firm''s Wealt Planning revenues. Education & Experience Bachelor''s degree is an asset Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation, or actively working toward completion Minimum 5 years of experience in comprehensive financial planning and/or advisory services Proven experience leading client relationships and delivering integrated financial planning solutions Strong understanding of tax planning, retirement planning, investment management, insurance and estate planning Experience collaborating with tax, accounting, and business advisory professionals Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Commitment to innovation, process improvement and service excellence Experience with Conquest software considered an asset Travel maybe required candidate must have a driver''s license and means of transportation Hours of Work & Compensation Flexible work hours Friday''s off in July, August and September Paid overtime (days in lieu or annual payout) Paid professional development 3 weeks'' vacation Competitive annual salary Extensive group benefits package including flex benefits Who is Metrix Group?
