Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Plastic Manufacturer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality plastic components through various machining and assembly processes. This role requires a strong understanding of manufacturing principles, mechanical knowledge, and experience with precision tools and equipment. Responsibilities Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of production workers operating processing machines and fabricating, assembling, finishing, or inspecting plastic or rubber parts and products. Communicate operational issues, personnel matters, and production concerns to senior management in a timely manner. Establish methods to meet production schedules and coordinate work activities with other departments. Manage Personnel work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels. Ensuring all personnel follow established data collection procedures for production tracking and cost analysis using Excel and the company''s custom software. Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment. Ensure compliance with occupational and environmental health and safety regulations. Manage inventory using Excel and the custom inventory-management program, including accurate date entry and oversight of FIFO inventory rotation. Conduct monthly physical inventory inspection to ensure accuracy. Participate in the set up, refinement, and implementation of the company''s custom production and inventory software across plant operations and ensure employee adherence. Enhance customer service commitment by proactively solving problems and addressing client needs. Promote teamwork, safety, and a culture of innovation aligned with company values. Experience Completion of Secondary School. Strong leadership and team management skills. Familiarity with safety standards and best practices in manufacturing.
