Overview We are seeking a skilled and reliable Framer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing frameworks for various building projects. This role requires a strong understanding of blueprint reading, concrete forming, and carpentry, along with the ability to operate heavy equipment and power tools. The position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in construction, woodworking, or restoration to contribute to high-quality building projects. Candidates should be physically capable of heavy lifting and working with various hand and power tools in a fast-paced environment. Duties Interpret and follow blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately construct frameworks. Build and install concrete forms using formwork materials and techniques. Perform siding installation, restoration work, and other carpentry tasks as needed. Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently. Assist with concrete finishing tasks to ensure smooth surfaces and proper curing. Use welding equipment when necessary for structural repairs or modifications. Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment to facilitate construction activities. Maintain a clean work environment and adhere to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within specifications. Experience Proven experience in construction, framing, or carpentry is preferred. Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and concrete forming techniques is essential. Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery is required. Experience in restoration work or siding installation is a plus. Ability to operate heavy equipment safely is desirable. Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of manual labor. Must have at least 3 years or more experience before applying.
