As part of our commitment to academic excellence, we are seeking passionate and experienced ELL , IELTS and TOEFL teachers (mandarin-required). Duties Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. Tailor lesson plans to meet individual student needs. Collaborate with the teaching team to refine curriculum materials and teaching strategies. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student progress and needs. Assess student performance through assignments, tests, and observations to provide constructive feedback. Foster a love for learning by encouraging student participation and collaboration. Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities. Requirements Education: Bachelor''s degree in a related field required; Master''s or Ph.D. preferred. Current college students with strong academic performance in relevant AP subjects are welcome to apply. Experiences: Minimum of 2 years of tutoring or teaching experience in ELL, IELTS and TOEFL. Proven success in preparing students for ELL, IELTS and TOEFLclass with excellent results. Skills: Strong command of English; proficiency in additional languages such as Mandarin is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey information to students and parents. Ability to develop and design teaching material and curriculums. Ability to utilize computerized tools for lesson planning and student assessment. Passion for educating young minds and a commitment to student success. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
