For over 25 years, Mercatto is all about great food, genuine hospitality, and bringing people together across our four downtown Toronto locations. In March 2026, we''re opening Mercatto Centrale in Port Credit and building our opening kitchen team. We''re looking for a Pizza Cook who brings consistency, care, and a passion for Italian-inspired food and handcrafted pizza. Who You Are Comfortable following recipes and procedures to ensure consistency Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to high-quality standards A team player who communicates clearly and respectfully Someone who takes pride in cleanliness, station setup, and prep Reliable, punctual, and eager to grow your skills through hands-on training What You''ll Do Work with fresh dough to prepare and cook pizzas to recipe and presentation standards Support daily prep, portioning, and ingredient organization Communicate with the kitchen team to keep service smooth and efficient Maintain cleanliness and organization in prep and pizza stations Assist with inventory rotation, restocking, and opening/closing duties Contribute to a positive, collaborative kitchen environment Why Work With Us?
