Overview We are seeking a passionate, loving and dedicated Early Childhood Teachers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters the development of young children. You will play a crucial role in educating and caring for children, ensuring their safety and well-being while promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive growth. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and a strong foundation in early childhood education principles. We believe in passion, dedication, imagination, adaptability and an overall love for what you do Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that engage children in learning activities. Provide a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all students. Educate children on various subjects including basic literacy, numeracy, and social skills. Foster positive relationships with students, encouraging their emotional and social development. Observe and assess children''s progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians as needed. Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive educational experience. Support children with disabilities by adapting lessons and activities to meet their individual needs. Maintain a clean and organized classroom space conducive to learning. Qualifications A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred. Experience working with young children in an educational or caregiving setting is essential. Strong understanding of early childhood development principles and practices. Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff. Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for teaching young children. Familiarity with classroom management techniques to maintain a positive learning environment.
