Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations at our bustling restaurant. Duties Supervise and coordinate all restaurant activities to ensure smooth operation Oversee food preparation, cooking, and food handling procedures to meet safety standards Manage POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling Lead and motivate team members, including interviewing and training new staff Ensure high levels of customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely restocking Enforce food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness throughout the establishment Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and maintaining compliance with health regulations Assist in kitchen operations when necessary, including food preparation and serving Experience Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or food service environment Strong background in restaurant management, hospitality, or hotel industry preferred Hands-on experience with food preparation, cooking, and food safety protocols Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training staff members Knowledge of food industry standards including food handling, serving, and kitchen operations Prior experience in customer service roles within the food industry is highly desirable Additional experience in barista work or bar management is a plus Join our team to lead a vibrant restaurant environment where your leadership can shine.
