Duties Lead and motivate the inside sales team to achieve sales goals and enhance performance. Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company objectives. Identify customer needs for new business opportunities. Manage key accounts, fostering strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining profitability for the company. Qualifications Proven experience in sales management or a related field, with a focus on inside sales. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and team members. Experience in account management, with a focus on building long-term client relationships. A proactive approach to business development, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth.
