Job Summary We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and sanitation. Responsibilities Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to health and safety regulations. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Assist with cashiering duties, including cash handling and processing transactions accurately. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Restock supplies as needed and assist in inventory management. Skills Experience in food preparation and handling is preferred. Strong knowledge of sanitation practices in a kitchen environment. Previous experience in cashiering or cash handling is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the restaurant industry.
