Job Function: Assist the Commercial & Agricultural Account Managers with managing their portfolio of businesses. Provide administrative support to the Commercial & Agricultural Account Managers and act as a second point of contact for our Commercial and Agricultural Members. Complete all general administration related to commercial and agricultural banking services. In a professional manner, with the emphasis on excellent member service, the Commercial Support Officer will contact members to obtain required information/signatures, schedule appointments etc. Responds to member inquiries and provides support on general banking services, including MemberDirect and Payment Stream. Duties and Responsibilities: Work closely with Commercial & Agricultural Account Managers and Branch Managers to support existing commercial or agriculture member relationships Ensure necessary regulatory and compliance guidelines and measures are followed Provide financial service to commercial members acting as a secondary contact. Ensure a proactive approach is taken in order to retain current business Administration of the following, but not limited to: Wire transfers Exception log management Account opening (Commercial, agricultural, non-profit, associations) Non-postables Overdraft delinquency- Assist CAM team to manage DMS System Assist CAM team with member follow-up to manage exception log. Annual review support Cheque orders Application support Collabria Credit card support MemberDirect Payment Stream Fiserve/Clover - Point of sale support. Follow-up to appointments, using CRM etc. to support timely acquisition of reporting requirements and support member service. Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: Post-secondary education in office administration or equivalent work experience Member service experience and strong relationship building skills Demonstrates a propensity for thoroughness and accuracy Good computer skills including Word, and Excel Good organization and prioritization skills Ability to multitask in a dynamic and fast changing environment Display exceptional interpersonal skills by demonstrating approachability, trustworthiness, flexibility and a strong work and service ethic Committed to continuous personal improvement Join Mainstreet Credit Union and be part of a workplace that values diversity, promotes equity, and fosters inclusion.
