Summary Our Heavy Duty Equipment Mechanic position is vital in maintaining and repairing our fleet of equipment. Based in , this role ensures our machinery operates safely and efficiently, contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities Heavy Equipment Mechanic will be responsible for: Diagnosing and repairing issues on various types of equipment. Performing routine maintenance to ensure optimal operation. Reading and interpreting schematics and technical manuals. Using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment for repairs. Maintaining accurate service records. Collaborating with the team to troubleshoot complex mechanical problems. Ensuring all work complies with safety standards. Assisting with the installation of new equipment when necessary. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess: Proven experience or extensive mechanic background in heavy equipment. Strong knowledge of skid steers, excavators, forklifts, and other industrial machinery. Skilled in welding, electrical systems, and mechanical repairs. Ability to read schematics and technical manuals. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Valid driver''s license with clean driving record. Prior experience working with Case or similar brands is preferred.
