Role Description In alignment with Northern Health''s values and vision, you will play a key role in delivering highquality pharmacy services to patients across the region. As a member of an interprofessional healthcare team, you will: Assess patients and recommend individualized treatment plans Serve as a primary resource for drug information, education, and clinical guidance Monitor drug prescribing, distribution, and therapy to ensure safe, effective, rational, legal, and costeffective medication use Provide expert advice to healthcare professionals Maintain accurate workload records and statistics Your expertise will support physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals in providing safe and optimal patient care.
