We are seeking a Senior Content Producer responsible for endtoend creative production of custom campaign assets, including ideation, production management, finishing, and final delivery. This role oversees fullscale campaign and pitch production, ensuring projects are completed on time and on budget. The position operates within a highly collaborative, innovative environment that produces a wide variety of branded content across video, audio, digital, and experiential formats. Some productionrelated travel may be required. Terms 6-month contract On-site in Toronto, ON $105/hour Responsibilities Lead endtoend production of custom campaign assets, from concept development through delivery. Scope production projects including preliminary budgeting, feasibility assessment, logistics planning, and vendor resourcing. Manage full campaign and pitch schedules, budgets, and production workflows. Oversee onset and offset production activities, ensuring creative integrity and operational efficiency. Identify and contract production partners, vendors, studios, and talent as needed. Conduct negotiations and manage contracts for oncamera talent. Guide the postproduction process, including timelines, deliverables, and quality control. Provide alternate production solutions to meet creative, budgetary, or timeline constraints. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams in a fastpaced, startupstyle environment. Support efforts to win new project work by contributing to scoping, planning, and creative pitching. Must-haves Seniorlevel production experience within an advertising agency environment. Proven onset and offset production management experience. Strong budgeting and financial oversight capabilities for fullscale creative projects. Experience with production contracting and vendor/talent agreements. Demonstrated ability to negotiate and contract oncamera talent. Solid understanding of postproduction processes and workflows. Track record of delivering projects on time and on budget across video, audio, or experiential formats. Nice-to-haves Experience producing branded content for multidisciplinary campaigns. Background working in a fastpaced, highly collaborative studio or innovation lab environment. Familiarity with emerging production technologies, workflows, and creative problemsolving approaches.
