Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Landscape Laborer to join our team and contribute to the creation and maintenance of beautiful outdoor spaces. This role involves hands-on work in landscape construction, maintenance, and horticulture, supporting various projects that enhance residential, commercial, and public landscapes. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a passion for outdoor work, and the ability to operate various tools and equipment safely and efficiently. Responsibilities Assist with landscape installation, including planting, grading, and soil preparation Operate hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment such as excavators for excavation and site preparation Support construction activities related to landscape projects, including building retaining walls, patios, walkways etc Maintain cleanliness of work sites, trucks, equipment, and shop area to ensure safety protocols are followed at all times Conduct routine equipment maintenance and minor repairs to ensure operational efficiency Requirements Prior experience with landscaping, gardening, or horticulture is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices and construction techniques is a plus Prior equipment operating experience required Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and perform basic maintenance on equipment Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions and lift heavy materials when necessary ( Min 50 Lbs ) Strong attention to safety procedures and ability to follow instructions accurately Valid driver''s license class 5 minimum This position offers an opportunity to develop skills in landscape construction and maintenance while contributing to visually appealing outdoor environments.
