Job Title: Labourer ICL is seeking a dependable and hardworking Labourer to join our water and sewer crew. This role supports underground infrastructure work, including pipe installation, excavation, grading, and site preparation. You''ll be part of a skilled team focused on delivering high-quality work safely and efficiently. Responsibilities: Assist with water and sewer installation, excavation, and grading Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment Operate hand tools and compaction equipment Perform shoveling, raking, and general site clean-up Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Follow direction from site supervisors and collaborate with crew members Adhere to all safety regulations and company procedures Requirements: Experience in sewer and water installation and grading is an asset Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials, work outdoors, and stand for long periods Familiarity with construction tools and equipment Strong communication skills and a willingness to work as part of a team Positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to learning Valid driver''s license is an asset Available to work Monday to Friday, with weekends as required Why Work with ICL?
