In this role, you will help customers select the perfect wines and spirits, ensuring an enjoyable shopping experience that aligns with our company''s dedication to quality and service excellence. Responsibilities Assist customers in selecting wines and spirits based on their preferences and needs. Provide knowledgeable recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction. Maintain a clean and organized store environment. Handle transactions accurately using POS systems. Support team members in daily operations to promote a positive shopping experience. Manage cash register operations including cash handling and cashiering duties. Stay informed about new products and industry trends to better serve customers. Qualifications Proven experience in restaurant, food service, or retail environments. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude. Ability to serve customers efficiently and courteously. Experience with POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred. Knowledge of food handling safety standards is advantageous. Ability to work well within a team in a fast-paced setting. Flexibility to adapt to various customer needs and store demands. W.S.E.T.
