Job Overview We are seeking a professional and organised Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations within the office environment. This role offers an opportunity to utilise a range of administrative skills in a dynamic setting, supporting various departments. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner Answer incoming phone calls promptly, using proper phone etiquette Manage appointment scheduling and calendar organisation Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and postal mail Maintain accurate data entry records using Microsoft Office and EsiLaw Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and document preparation Support office management with organisational duties to ensure operational efficiency Manage front desk operations, including maintaining a tidy reception area Qualifications Proven office experience or clerical experience preferred Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively Good typing speed and data entry skills for accurate record keeping Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills Ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail Familiarity with administrative procedures and office equipment Must love dogs as we have a black lab named Porter who comes into the office everyday Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: Company events Dental care Paid time off Vision care Work Location: In person
