Communicating with clients to understand their needs regarding Immigration Matters. Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect. Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment. Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about consumer behavior. Keeping accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes. Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services. Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes. Identifying industry trends. Travel according to projects and plans. Must have knowledge about Immigration Canada rules, regulations and procedures. Sales Specific Roles Work as per targets allotted. Work on new projects and markets. Work on data base and follow up from clients. Coordinate with team members for administrative tasks. Visit International college, universities for agency agreement on behalf of organization. Look for potential market requiring immigration service assistance, inside and outside Canada. Responsible for retention and conversion of International student market in Post Secondary and Post Graduate Education. Maintaining Data Base of clients on Software Requirements: Education: Diploma or higher Experience: 1-2 years Language : Fluency in English Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Freelance, Apprenticeship, Internship / Co-op Contract length: 24 months Pay: $30,000.00-$45,000.00 per year Work Location: Hybrid remote in Surrey, BC V3W 1R1
