We are seeking an Immigration Case Worker to manage client files, prepare immigration applications, and ensure full compliance with federal and provincial regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a genuine passion for helping clients navigate the immigration process. Responsibilities Conduct detailed interviews with clients to assess their needs and develop personalized action plans. Maintain accurate case files and ensure all documentation is properly organized and up to date. Draft legal documents and correspondence with clarity and compliance. Provide administrative and clerical support, including proofreading for accuracy and completeness. Manage client service projects to ensure timely delivery of outcomes. Communicate professionally with clients, service providers, and stakeholders via phone and email. Monitor and update case files regularly to reflect any changes in client status. Assess applicants'' eligibility according to immigration laws, policies, and program requirements. Requirements Minimum of one (1) year of relevant work experience in Canada. Strong understanding of Canadian immigration programs and policies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and case management software.
