Job Description

Our client is seeking a Senior AI Solution Architect with a strong focus on Azure and Generative AI (GenAI) to join their expanding AI transformation program. This is an opportunity to join a high-performing, well-funded, and forward-thinking team driving enterprise-level AI initiatives across multiple business areas. You will be at the forefront of designing and delivering production-grade GenAI solutions using modern AI architectures, frameworks, and tools. This is a hands-on role requiring deep technical expertise, leadership, and stakeholder engagement to shape and implement innovative AI strategies and applications. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, architecture, and delivery of end-to-end AI and GenAI-powered solutions Evaluate, recommend, and implement modern LLM models and orchestration frameworks Architect cloud-native solutions using Azure, leveraging Azure AI Services and Azure Machine Learning Integrate Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Vector Databases (e.g., Azure AI Search, Qdrant) into scalable solutions Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business challenges and craft appropriate AI-based solutions Participate in estimating, planning, and executing solution delivery while overseeing technical implementation Provide technical leadership to cross-functional teams, coaching developers, and ensuring engineering best practices Work within Agile environments, leveraging DevOps, CI/CD, and containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes) Ideal Candidate Will Have 7+ years of experience in solution architecture (10+ years overall in software/AI engineering roles) Strong hands-on experience with Azure Services and GenAI platforms (e.g., Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI) Deep knowledge of LLMs (e.g., GPT-4/5, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama) Familiarity with orchestration frameworks like LangChain, Semantic Kernel Experience in event-driven, microservices-based architectures Strong programming background (e.g., Python) with ability to code when required Experience in software lifecycle tools: Azure DevOps, GitHub, JIRA Knowledge of modern data architectures, including RDBMS and NoSQL (e.g., MS SQL, MongoDB) Experience working with UX principles (personas, user stories, prototyping) Azure or Microsoft certifications are advantageous Excellent communication skills and ability to lead technical conversations with stakeholders Whats in it for you?
