Primary Purpose We are looking for a proactive, handson Director of Sales to lead and scale our sales. This role is ideal for someone who can close complex enterprise deals, design scalable sales processes, and grow a highperforming sales team as the company scales. Ownership This is not a backoffice role: you are to maintain a highprofile presence in the industry, building awareness and credibility for the company while directly impacting sales pipeline and revenue growth. Responsibilities Revenue & Strategy Own and execute the enterprise sales strategy, with a focus on midmarket and enterprise customers Drive new logo acquisition and expansion revenue Build and manage accurate sales forecasts, pipelines, and KPIs Identify new verticals, use cases, and strategic opportunities Enterprise Sales Execution Personally lead and close complex, highvalue enterprise deals Manage long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders Develop compelling value propositions, pricing strategies, and ROI cases Team Building & Leadership Recruit, onboard, and mentor a small but growing sales team including BDRs and AEs Establish repeatable sales processes, playbooks, and best practices Coach reps on discovery, enterprise negotiation, and deal strategy Partner with Marketing on lead generation and enterprise campaigns Work with Product to influence roadmap based on customer feedback Collaborate with Customer Success on renewals, upsells, and retention Qualifications 10+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with enterprise deal ownership Proven success selling enterprise SaaS solutions Experience leading sales teams in a small or scaling company Strong negotiation, communication, and executive presence Benefits Full medical and dental benefits We are 100% remote, with inperson meetsupsquarterly gettogethers and an annual retreat Dedication to your growth.
