Co-Founder Aviation Partnerships & Security (Equity Role) Location: Toronto, ON, Canada Company: Dropty Home Check-in & Baggage Delivery Role Type: Co-Founder (Equity-Only / Sweat Equity) About Dropty Dropty is building next-generation off-airport baggage check-in and baggage delivery services, starting with major international hubs. Our goal is to make air travel simpler by allowing passengers to check in baggage from home or city locations while meeting the highest aviation security and compliance standards. We are now expanding into Canada and are looking for a Canada-based co-founder with deep aviation experience to lead partnerships, security, and regulatory alignment. What You Will Lead Build and own partnerships with Canadian airlines (Air Canada, WestJet, Porter, Flair, etc.). Open doors and negotiate with airport authorities, security agencies, ground handling teams, and baggage operations. Lead Droptys Canadian airport expansion strategy, starting with Toronto Pearson and expanding to Vancouver, Calgary, Montral, and other key hubs. Shape and oversee Droptys security, compliance, and operational framework aligned with CATSA, Transport Canada, airport authorities, and airline standards. Represent Dropty in meetings with airport operators, airline leadership, regulators, and aviation vendors. Work closely with the founding team on pilot programs, integrations, and onboarding initial airline partners. Build a long-term ecosystem of partners including airports, ground handlers, baggage vendors, tagging providers, and service partners. Who You Are Background in Canadian aviation airlines, airport operations, aviation security, ground handling, or baggage services. Strong existing network across airlines, airport authorities, operations leaders, and security agencies. Solid understanding of Canadian aviation security guidelines, baggage screening norms, and off-airport service regulations. Comfortable leading high-level partnership discussions, drafting MoUs, and structuring commercial terms. Strategic thinker who can help tailor Droptys product and operations for the Canadian market. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to build and own a meaningful part of a high-growth startup. Nice to Have Prior experience working with CATSA, GTAA, YVR Authority, or major airport service providers. Experience in airline alliances, airport services, or baggage operations. Exposure to logistics, mobility, or airport technology startups. What Youll Get Co-founder title with meaningful equity (no salary initially).
