The Role We are seeking a dynamic Director of Media Strategy to lead and develop our strategy team and drive 360 media excellence. Responsibilities As Senior Media Partner your responsibilities would be to: Act as a senior representative and ambassador in the Ontario market, building the agencys presence within industry associations, events, and local boards Lead The media companys business development efforts by identifying, engaging, and securing new clients across the region Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and partners, becoming their trusted media ally Forge collaborations with local creative, media, digital, and PR agencies to strengthen the companys reach and impact Oversee the client relationships you originate, ensuring exceptional quality and alignment with the companys standards Lead all regional pitches, presentations, and partnership discussions with confidence and creativity Contribute valuable market insights to help shape the companys national growth strategy Participate in regular cross-market reviews to align on pipeline, strategy, and shared growth opportunities Requirements 8+ years of experience in 360 media Knowing the region, the buyers behavior and relevant channels Motivated by business development Bilingual #J-18808-Ljbffr
