Canada Wide Freelance / Weekend Work Were looking to build a pool of Freelance Event Managers / Show Reps to support the delivery of our live events across Canada. This is a flexible freelance role, ideal for those with existing event experience or individuals looking to gain hands-on experience and build a career within the live events industry. Youll be responsible for coordinating the show on the day and ensuring everything runs smoothly on-site, working from detailed run sheets and advance information provided by our office team. What youll be doing Acting as the on-site representative for the event Coordinating performers, entertainment teams, and event staff Ensuring arrivals are on time for sound checks and show times Managing stage timings and cueing performers on and off stage Running the door, scanning tickets , and managing guestlists Handling cash ups where required Overseeing show take-down and pack-down Ensuring the event runs smoothly from doors open to load out How the freelance work operates Shifts are posted in our Event Management chat Work can be picked up as and when it suits you Pay varies depending on the event, role level, and shift length Roles range from entry-level show reps to more senior event management positions Who this role is suited for Individuals with previous events, nightlife, or live production experience Freelancers looking for flexible weekend work People looking to get their foot in the door within live events Confident, organised individuals who work well under pressure About us Were a fast-growing international events company operating across Canada, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Europe, South Africa, USA & beyond , delivering large-scale tours and branded live event concepts.
