Job Title: Enterprise Strategy Projects Internship Location: Hybrid 3 days/week at 405 The West Mall, Etobicoke (Corporate Head Office) Duration: 4 months Who Are We? As an intern at Lactalis Canada and member of our Enterprise Strategy and Transformation team, you will gain hands-on experience, contribute to meaningful projects, and be supported by a team that values your growth and ideas. This role is an excellent opportunity to apply your visual design and project management skills in a dynamic environment. What Youll Do (and Learn!) 1. Support Our Next Ventures Innovation Program You will create compelling communication assets to promote the program internally, including visuals and presentations (Canva, PowerPoint). You will assist in planning and preparing for Pitch Day, building presentation materials, supporting event logistics, and designing promotional materials. 2. Lead an Independent Project Next Ventures Idea Bank You will organize and analyze employees ideas in our Next Ventures Idea Bank (Excel). You will assess feasibility by engaging with internal stakeholders. You will develop and present your recommendation for prioritization, communications, and implementation of feasible and impactful submissions 3. Support Various Strategic Priorities You will design and build visual assets (presentations, infographics) for team updates You will craft impactful presentations for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity and engagement. You will support communication efforts by maintaining shared resources (e.g., Microsoft Teams site) and updating project materials. You will research strategic issues and opportunities, including new market trends, and technologies, as they relate to our corporate goals. Your Profile You are currently pursuing a university degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Previous co-op experience is an asset. You have strong proficiency in Canva for visual design (video design experience is a plus). You are skilled in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, visualizations) and PowerPoint for impactful presentations. You are well organized and detail attentive. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills. You can work independently, manage projects, and solve problems effectively. You can synthesize qualitative information into clear, actionable insights. Why Join Us?
