We are looking for a Director of Advertising & Innovation to lead our media department, own our service roadmap, and bridge the gap between human strategy and AI efficiencyThe RoleThis is a dual-threat role: you are both a Master Media Strategist and a Service Visionary. You will oversee the advertising performance for our top-tier clients while simultaneously architecting the future of how Accrue media arm operates.You will own the Advertising Service Roadmap, deciding which tools we use, how we integrate AI into our workflows, and how our internal reporting dashboard evolves to provide deeper insights for our clients.Key ResponsibilitiesDepartment Leadership: Manage and mentor our media team, ensuring high-level execution across Sponsored Ads, DSP, and AMC.Top-Tier Strategy: Act as the 'Lead Architect' for our largest accounts, designing full-funnel strategies that move the needle on market share.Service Roadmap & AI Integration: Own the evolution of our ad services. You will identify and implement AI tools for automated bidding, creative testing, and campaign management.Product Ownership (Reporting): Take over the domain of our internal reporting dashboard. Work with our data analyst to ensure it remains the 'single source of truth' for client performance.The Playbook: Standardize excellence by building and updating our internal playbooks (e.g., The AMC Narrative, The DSP Prospecting Guide, The AI Creative Workflow).Who You AreThe Strategist: 57+ years in Amazon/Retail Media. Youve mastered the DSP and understand that AMC is the key to the future.The Builder: You aren't satisfied with manual work. You have a 'Product Manager' mindsetalways looking for ways to automate workflows and improve our tech stack.AI-Fluent: You are already experimenting with LLMs and automation tools to speed up keyword research, reporting, or creative briefings.Data-First: You are comfortable 'talking shop' with developers.
