Main Responsibilities: Guiding and mentoring maintenance technicians to follow safe work practices Supporting smart factory initiatives Collaborating across production, quality, and HR to keep operations flowing Partnering with OEMs and suppliers to source parts and troubleshooting support Assisting with maintenance scheduling and intervention planning Ensuring strict adherence to companys maintenance policies and standards 1 Building relationships between Top Talent and Industry Leading Companies.
