The Property Manager also oversees the team responsible for delivery of a best in class customer experience as it relates to administering the tenancy relationship. Heres how youll contribute Establish a meaningful relationship with our residents, through consistent delivery of best in class customer experienceCost-effective, smooth running of a portfolio of apartment buildings using operating budgets, compliance standards, and preventative maintenance plansLeadership, by example, of a team of maintenance and administration professionalsMeasure quality of work of Minto team members and vendors against established standards;Consistency in tenancy contract administration and service for residents, utilizing Mintos ERP system;Manage the apartment turnover process in line with established KPIs What you bring to the team Three to five years experience in managing multi-residential rentals or similar equivalent/relevant service industryTwo years experience managing a teamCustomer focused, professional inter-personal communication skills; written and verbalStrong working knowledge of SAP and/or Yardi ERP systemProficient knowledge of management practices, contractual agreementsHiring pay range: $80,000 - $85,000 a yearPay ranges at Minto are designed to accommodate variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions, and locations, reflecting our diverse industries, and lines of business.
