Our websites are not pretty brochuresthey are conversion systems, and we are in the middle of a major transition from WordPress Next.js across our client base.This role exists because quality, speed, and accountability matter here.The Role (Read This Carefully)We are hiring a Technical Project Manager to work directly under our Head of Website Development.This is not a junior PM role.This is not a check-the-boxes coordinator role.Your job is to:Ensure website projects move forward on timeCatch issues before clients doHold developers accountable to quality standardsUnderstand the technical details well enough to make real decisionsIf you dont understand web development, this role will be overwhelming.If you do understand it, this role gives you leverage and authority.What Youll Actually Be Responsible For1. Project Ownership & MomentumOwn multiple website builds at onceTrack timelines, dependencies, and blockersPush projects forward when momentum slowsCoordinate between developers, designers, and internal stakeholders2. Quality Control (This Is the Core Function)Review websites before clients ever see themCatch:Layout issuesMobile responsiveness problemsPerformance concernsSEO basics being missedBroken links, forms, tracking, etc.Ensure sites meet Rehab CEOs standardsnot good enough3. Technical Oversight (Hands-On Knowledge Required)You must understand:Next.js (this is where we are moving all future clients)WordPress (legacy clients still exist)Differences in workflows, deployment, and limitations between bothBasic DNS management (domains, records, pointing, troubleshooting)You dont need to be the primary developerbut you do need to know when something is wrong and how to direct it correctly.4.
