This role combines strategic thinking with handson content creation , making it ideal for someone who can craft compelling narratives for external audiences while keeping internal teams informed and engaged. Youll work closely with the Manager, Brand Experience to develop content strategies that align with business goals, manage content production, and ensure brand consistency across all channels. Key Responsibilities Develop content strategy in collaboration with the Manager of Brand and Marketing. Create and manage content for webpages, blogs, newsletters, and social media. Write and edit press releases, media statements, and thought leadership pieces. Craft engaging internal communications (newsletters, posts, leadership messages). Conduct internal interviews to gather insights and create authentic stories. Prepare presentations and communication materials for leadership and internal use. Collaborate with agencies to ensure SEO optimization and alignment with business objectives. Use basic design tools (Canva or Adobe Suite) to create visually appealing content assets. Monitor and analyze content performance and optimize for engagement and clarity. Ad-hoc marketing tasks as assigned by direct manager Qualifications 5+ years of experience in content writing, content management, or communications. Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to detail. Ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences (external vs. internal). Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital content trends. Basic design skills in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. Strong organizational and project management skills.
