Job Summary The Warehouse Manager is responsible for managing manufacturing warehouse and stockroom operations to ensure accurate inventory, timely material availability for production, and a safe, organized work environment. This role supports production efficiency, cost control, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Warehouse & Inventory Operations Manage daily receiving, storage, issuing, and material tracking. Maintain organization, housekeeping, and safety standards. Ensure effective gate coverage and optimize warehouse layout and workflow. Lead cycle counts, resolve inventory discrepancies, and maintain accurate stock levels. Analyze KPIs and drive continuous improvement. Coordination & Communication Work closely with production, purchasing, and planning to support material. Ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods. Leadership Supervise, train, and develop warehouse staff. Oversee performance management, coaching, and staffing decisions. Support onboarding and employee engagement in safety and improvement initiatives. Safety & Compliance Follow all EHS guidelines and report unsafe conditions promptly. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing warehouse/stockroom. Strong knowledge of manufacturing practices and regulations. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) is considered an asset. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Solid math, problemsolving, and interpretation abilities.
