Novarc Technologies is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our growing team and support the production of our cobots. Summary: As a Talent Acquisition Manager you will play a critical role in attracting, hiring, and retaining exceptional talent in a fast-paced, scaling AI and robotics organization. This role is responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment across the business, building strong talent pipelines, strengthening Novarcs employer brand, and partnering closely with hiring managers to support current and future workforce needs. To be successful in this role, you will bring strong business acumen, deep high-tech recruiting expertise, and the ability to operate effectively in an environment with shifting priorities. You will be a self-starter who can influence stakeholders, manage complexity, and deliver results in a dynamic, growth-oriented company. Work Environment: hybrid Duties and Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Own and execute the full-cycle recruitment process for all Novarc departments, including sourcing, interviewing, and facilitating hiring decisions for hard-to-fill and niche technical roles. Partner with department heads and hiring managers to forecast annual staffing needs, prioritize requisitions, and align recruitment activity with evolving business objectives. Manage recruitment across Canada, the United States, and select international markets (including the EU), ensuring consistency and compliance across regions. Strategic Recruitment & Employer Branding: Lead strategic talent initiatives, including employer branding, proactive talent pipeline development, and workforce planning projects. Contribute to the development and ongoing enhancement of Novarcs employer brand through the careers page, LinkedIn presence, job postings, and overall candidate experience. Develop and execute the companys annual participation in university career and hiring fairs. Stakeholder Partnership & Leadership Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on recruitment best practices, market insights, and selection strategies. Create and maintain interview guides, scorecards, and evaluation tools to support a consistent, fair, and compliant hiring process. Mentor and educate hiring managers on effective interviewing and selection, coordinating all interview steps to ensure a smooth and efficient candidate experience. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior recruiters as the function scales, and manage cross-functional recruitment initiatives. Compensation & Offers Lead salary benchmarking for all roles to ensure Novarc remains competitive in the market. Support compensation program design, including job analysis, job slotting, and assistance with ongoing program management. Manage salary negotiations, prepare and present job offers, and facilitate offer acceptance. Stay current on industry trends related to total compensation and talent competitiveness. Assist with annual salary survey participation and attend related conferences. Operations, Compliance & Systems Manage administrative and HR tasks associated with full-cycle recruitment, ensuring operational excellence and attention to detail. Draft and maintain SOPs related to recruitment processes and practices. Manage the recruiting budget, including development of the annual budget and ongoing cost control. Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies across North America, the EU, the UK, KSA, and any future regions of operation. Lead and manage HRIS platform implementations related to the ATS, onboarding, and benchmarking modules. Use recruitment data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of hiring strategies and identify opportunities for improvement. Administer and interpret psychometric assessments where required. Onboarding & Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with HR, Hiring Managers, and IT to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. Additional Responsibilities Manage relationships with third-party sourcing partners, including external recruiters, referral partners, educational institutions, and government employment organizations. Support and lead special projects as assigned. Minimum Qualifications and Experience: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with high-tech or engineering-driven environments is a must. Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employer branding. Strong understanding of selection methods, interviewing techniques, and assessment tools. Demonstrated ability to recruit for complex, technical roles. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment databases, social media, and job boards. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. Strategic thinker with strong influencing skills and a collaborative leadership style. Comfortable adapting to changing priorities.
