Position Description The Truck Mechanic is responsible for performing maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on trailers to ensure their reliability, compliance, and safety. The incumbent directly contributes to operational performance by keeping equipment in excellent working condition. Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on trailers Diagnose and resolve general mechanical issues Work on trucks of various brands Collaborate with the team to maintain an efficient and safe work environment Requirements Good knowledge of general mechanics Experience working with trucks of various brands Resourcefulness, punctuality, reliability, and team spirit PEP card considered an asset Own toolbox required What We Offer Stable day schedule (Monday to Friday) Friendly and supportive work environment Opportunity to develop your skills in a well-equipped garage Competitive company benefits Minimum of 1 year of experience in trailer maintenance and repair, or a related diploma (asset) Good knowledge of general mechanics Heavy Vehicle Mechanics DEP (asset) Resourceful, punctual, reliable, and a strong team player PEP card (asset) Knowledge of electronics Basic English required
