This position plays a key role in keeping our transportation services running smoothly and efficiently.Job Responsibilities:Perform scheduled maintenance (ex: oil changes, filter replacements, tire inspections)Be trained to conduct safety inspections to meet provincial and federal standardsDiagnose and complete minor repairsMaintain service records and track parts usageWork with a team to maintain a high standard of fleet reliability and readinessWhat Were Looking For:Required:Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learnPhysically able to lift 60lbs or more multiple times a dayValid Class 5 Drivers License and clean 5-Year Driver AbstractStrong attention to detail and commitment to safetyReliable, organized and efficient with timeAbility to work independently and within a teamNice-to-Have:Experience with gas and diesel engines (personal or professional)Basic electrical knowledgeBenefits4-day work week (10 hours/day)Comprehensive benefits package (including family health coverage)Secure pension planOn-the-job training with experienced mechanicsIf youre ready to learn new skills and join a team committed to getting kids to school safely every day - Wed love to hear from you.
