With your strong organizational skills, youll keep accurate documentation, maintain office systems, and support the effective daily functioning of the district or field office.Youll work closely with Relationship Management Associates, Relationship Managers, Customer Service Managers, and district staff to deliver outstanding service and keep office operations running smoothly.If you love building relationships, solving problems, and delivering excellent service, this could be the role for you.What youll doProvide friendly, professional customer service by greeting visitors, handling reception, and responding to inquiries in person and by phoneManage office and administrative tasks, including preparing documentation and correspondence, maintaining filing systems, and updating customer recordsProcess mail, payments, and daily banking, ensuring accuracy and timely handling of customer transactionsCoordinate office operations by ordering supplies, generating reports and supporting district eventsProactively coordinate office needs to resolve issues before they impact operationsWhat youll bring to the teamRequired qualifications:A certificate in office administration or at least one year of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)General knowledge of administrative processesWorking knowledge of common software applications, including Microsoft 365, and comfort with computer-based tasksPreferred qualifications: Customer service experience, ideally in a financial, law, agricultural or advisory settingNot sure you meet every requirement?
