This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about logistics and customer service.Why Join SanimaxSchedule: Monday to Friday, 1:00 pm - 10:00 pmCompetitive salary 60 738$ to 74 236$ (based on experience)Permanent, full-time positionComprehensive group insurance program (dental, medical, life insurance, disability insurance, etc.)Telemedicine servicesPension plan with employer contributionsGym and fitness activity reimbursementContinuing education opportunitiesPossibility for advancementKey ResponsibilitiesAssign calls to routes based on designated routes and driver locationsUpdate the driver board daily, organize routes, and track kilometers and fuel usageAct as the main point of contact for day-to-day transportation tasks, collaborating with drivers, clients, sales, procurement, and internal teamsProactively inform procurement and customers about service deviationsTroubleshoot and resolve potential delivery and pickup issues before they impact serviceRecord, document, and analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunitiesManage, create, and modify orders using ERP and Ortec routing systemsMonitor and resolve inquiries through the ticket management systemAnalyze customer service data to correct discrepancies (e.g., visit frequency, volumes, container types)Check drivers logs daily and assign unidentified driving events appropriatelyAdminister inventory control using the ERP system (M3)Conduct physical inventory counts on the production floorAssist with invoice receipt and processingUse creativity and initiative to develop solutions that ensure positive outcomes for our team and customersRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma required; post-secondary education or courses are an asset1-2 years of experience in transportation, dispatch, customer service, or finance (industry knowledge is an asset)Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skillsDetail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and ability to prioritize and multi-task effectivelyProficient in MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and general PC operationsExperience with ERP systems and routing softwareAdvanced skills in software applications and word processing, including adequate typing speedSpanish language skills are an assetGive meaning to your career and help us make a difference: become a transformation champion!Follow us on LinkedInThank you for your interest in joining our team.
