Now Hiring: Electrical Project Manager: P4 Electric is growing to meet the demands of Manitoba''s fast-moving construction industry. We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our commercial electrical team. Qualifications & Experience Minimum 5 years of experience managing commercial electrical projects, typically ranging from $500K to $5M, as a Project Manager or experienced Foreman Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems, applicable codes, and construction sequencing Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, schedules, manpower, and materials Experience coordinating with general contractors, inspectors, engineers, and suppliers Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contract documents Proven leadership skills; calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and fair Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Professional communication skills with crews, office staff, clients, and project partners Comfortable using computers and technology, including email, basic software, tablets, and digital job documentation (training provided as needed) Valid driver''s license Safety-conscious, dependable, and professional in all interactions Key Responsibilities Manage projects from pre-construction through closeout Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules and budgets Coordinate foremen, field crews, and subcontractors Track project costs, change orders, and progress billing Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to a high standard of quality Provide clear communication and support to field leadership Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project partners What We Offer Full-time, long-term career opportunity Competitive salary, commensurate with experience Company vehicle Pension plan Comprehensive benefits package, including dental, vision, and extended health A supportive, tight-knit team that values leadership and competence A company that respects experience, supports its people, and takes pride in quality work A work environment where your decisions and professional input genuinely matter If you are looking for a company that trusts its project managers, invests in its people, and is committed to doing things right, we would love to hear from you.
