As we continue to grow, we''re looking for someone who is confident on the tools, leads by example, and is ready to take on more responsibility. The Role As a Lead Hand, you''ll play a key role on siteworking alongside the crew while helping coordinate daily tasks, maintain quality standards, and support smooth project execution. This is a hands-on leadership position with a clear path to increased responsibility as the company grows.
