Job Details The Sales Coordinator position is a critical part of the Sales team. The successful candidate will report to the Director of Business Development and Sales. This position is very important in maintaining the functionality and the internal processes related to the sales team. Responsibilities: Sales and Marketing Functions (80%) Liaise between production, purchasing, and customers to confirm lead times and shipping dates. Support the sales team to ensure smooth operational processes. Manage Salesforce activities, including lead management, closing won opportunities, pricing updates, new account creation, and report generation as required. Process all incoming orders for the sales team, including daily order entry in Exact Max software, and manage Vision subscription quoting and billing. Manage and distribute all incoming sales leads via email, phone, and website inquiries. Provide account management support in North America and internationally as needed, including preparing quotes for dealers and direct customers and managing the sales process. Provide inputs for sales and service reports, which are crucial for tracking company progress and supporting strategic decision-making. Create new customer and dealer accounts in the order entry system and perform credit checks. Maintain and track results associated with promotions and other sales initiatives. Assist marketing with tradeshow organization, including (but not limited to) hotel reservations and auxiliary requirements such as electrical setup Service Functions (20%) Act as a backfill for the Service Coordinator and assist during peak business times to maximize service revenue including, but not limited to, the following functions Order quoting and customer follow-up. Submit and schedule new orders into Production. Manage and respond to incoming service requests via email, phone, and website, including obtaining customer approvals for service work orders. For time-sensitive projects, ensure expedited equipment reaches customers on schedule. Create new customer and dealer accounts in the order entry system. Maintain accurate information in the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) database. Qualifications: University or college education preferred. 5+ years experience in a sales support or sales coordinator role interacting with distributors and customers on a daily basis. Bilingualism in verbal and written French is an asset, not a requirement. Bilingualism in verbal and written Spanish is an asset, not a requirement. Ability to multi-task while remaining focused on completing all tasks in a dynamic environment. Strategic thinking, innovative creativity, analytical and superior organizational skills.
