Your Role: Support wealth advisors to deliver superior client service and remain available to respond to client requests. Carry out daytoday operations related to financial transactions (e.g., buying and selling securities, making required adjustments). Execute deposit, withdrawal, transfer, and currency conversion instructions for all investment accounts and ensure rigorous followup. Analyze and open client files and keep them up to date. Produce portfolio management reports. Coordinate the administrative workflow of client accounts, ensuring effective agenda management, timely appointment scheduling, and thorough preparation for client meetings. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and risk management practices. Take charge of the teams marketing initiatives, including social media management, content creation, and the implementation of activities that support the teams development.
