Use your negotiating flair and analytical expertise to manage customer accounts and meet a variety of challenges, in a dynamic working environment. GENERAL RESPONSABILITIES : Credit and collection of accounts opened for RONA stores: Approve credit requests while following the companys credit guidelines. Collection of past due accounts. Negotiate payment arrangements and follow up with the customer. Advise the sales representative when their intervention in required to collect. Suspend and reevaluate the credit line on accounts when needed. Apply the contract denunciation process when necessary- Legal hypothec of construction Participate in various related projects. REQUIREMENTS : Having a college diploma in administration or in a related field Possessing a minimum of two to four (2-4) years of experience in similar tasks Autonomous, dynamic and skilled in communication.
