Our manufacturing operations are based in Glencoe and Thamesville, Ontario. Parts and components are produced in Glencoe and sent to Thamesville for final assembly, finishing, and shipping. The Opportunity We''re looking for a General Labourer to join our production team in Thamesville, ON. This role focuses on supporting our paint team on preparing large agricultural equipment before it''s painted and assembled. If you''re hands-on, take pride in your work, and enjoy working in a team environment, this is a great opportunity to learn valuable skills in a growing manufacturing setting. What You''ll Do Perform sandblasting and surface preparation on steel components and equipment Carry out bodywork and sanding to smooth welds, joints, and imperfections Mask, plug, and clean parts before painting Assist with moving, staging, and organizing components within the blast and paint areas Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow all safety procedures Support production flow by helping other team members as needed What You Bring Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment (blasting or painting experience an asset) Comfortable performing physical labour and using hand/power tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-focused
