We are seeking a committed and experienced Lead Hand Housekeeping to join our team. The Lead Hand provides scheduling guidance, leadership and supervision to all Housekeeping Staff Members. As a team member, the Lead Hand leads by example and exceeds standards and guests expectations on a daily basis. Responsibilities: Check and inspect rooms everyday to ensure Room Attendants are following correct procedures and standards and document inspections of cleaned rooms. Inspects all check-out/stay over rooms for adherence to Radissons standards Provide feedback to the department manager on the employees performance of job responsibilities Ensure all the Arrival Rooms are cleaned before leaving for the day. Clean guest rooms as required Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Two to four years of supervisory experience A minimum of five years of housekeeping experience in a 4 Star Hotel Ability to effectively and efficiently recognize and resolve issues and concerns; Demonstrated leadership skills; Consistently exemplify a professional attitude and demeanor; Strong ability and willingness to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
