Key Responsibilities Reporting to the housekeeping Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to, the following: Consistently offer professional, engaging, and proactive resident service while supporting fellow crew members to ensure the exceptional resident experience Clean all assigned resident and crew cabins, including dusting, making beds, soiled linen removal from cabins, and retrieval of clean linen closets, vacuuming, bathroom cleaning, interior window cleaning, replenishing cabins with supplies. Sign in and out master keys daily Maintain proper usage of cleaning supplies and equipment Update and record all cleaned cabins Return and properly tag all lost and found articles at the Reception Desk Report violations of health and safety regulations by guests Follow all safety and sanitation policies while performing Other duties are assigned Qualifications A housekeeping diploma or related training may be preferred Previous housekeeper experience preferred Excellent knowledge of chemicals, HSK equipment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and the ability to ensure compliance.
