The bigger picture We''re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic summer student to join our Business Support Center as a Business Support Specialist. This is a full-time (37.5 hours per week) 4-month term position. The anticipated period of employment is May 4, 2026, through to August 28, 2026. In this role you will help deliver administrative support to our agricultural and commercial lending teams. How you''ll be spending your time Providing business lending administrative support in areas such as file maintenance, security control, searches, data entry, reports and simplified annual reviews Interacting with team members, internal partners, lawyers and insurance companies to provide support, input, knowledge and feedback Proactively identifying and researching the best solutions that meet our members'' needs and improve their financial success Ensuring there is a healthy balance between opportunity, risk, growth and profitability for Conexus The way people describe you An individual who inspires the cooperation and confidence of others.
